Scott Ackerman appointed IMG Chief Commercial Officer
Ackerman brings 30 years of travel and insurance industry experience to sales and account management
Global insurance benefits and assistance services company, International Medical Group (IMG), has announced Scott Ackerman as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
Ackerman will hold global responsibilities for sales and account management. He will lead revenue-based planning and forecasting, as well as the execution of IMG’s revenue growth initiatives.
Steve Paraboschi, President and CEO of IMG, said: “Scott will be a key component in helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans over the next several years. We are looking forward to seeing the impact he will make.”
Before IMG, Ackerman held senior leadership positions at both Travel Leaders Group and AIG Travel Guard, where he spent almost 10 years, and ultimately served as Senior Vice President of the Americas.
“I couldn’t be more excited to take on this new role,” said Ackerman. “I believe my knowledge and years of experience will help to lead the company’s commercial operations forward.”
