New managing general agent launched

The UK-based company, called OneBefore, will specialise in accident, absence health, and travel insurance for individuals, groups, and small businesses

OneBefore has been launched with backing from Mission Underwriters, with support from Accelerant Insurance Europe.

The company will be based in London, and is being founded by Vered Lobel, the former Head of UK Underwriting, Personal Accident and Travel at AIG UK.

“With its dynamic approach, rooted in robust underwriting, efficient claims management and growth-oriented solutions, OneBefore is poised to usher in a new era of insurance excellence and sustainable value,” said Adrian Morgan, Chief Executive of Mission Underwriters UK and Europe.

Lobel added: “We look forward to working closely with our brokers and distribution partners, leveraging our collective strengths and providing modern insurance solutions to consumers and businesses.”

Fellow MGA Avid Insurance recently chose Allianz Partners UK to underwrite its own travel insurance policies.
