MoneySuperMarket adds travel to its ChatGPT app
The addition expands the functionality of the price comparison site’s ChatGPT app, which launched earlier this year
UK price comparison site MoneySuperMarket has added travel insurance to its ChatGPT app, giving customers the ability to access coverage through conversation with artificial intelligence (AI).
The app, available through ChatGPT’s plug-in directory, was launched in April, with UK customers initially able to access car insurance, broadband, and banking deals.
Once installed, the app can be accessed by typing @MoneySuperMarket at the start of your prompt.
“People are increasingly using AI when planning important decisions like travel,” said Matthew Creswell, Chief Technology and Data Officer at MONY Group – the parent firm of MoneySuperMarket. “By bringing travel insurance into our app in ChatGPT, we’re making it easier for people to compare options and choose the right cover in seconds.”
Open Insurance Services and IAG Loyalty recently expanded their partnership with the launch of a new brand – Avios Insurance.
