Management changes for Global Excel
Global risk management company Global Excel Management has announced changes to its management team
David Rivelis has been appointed to the newly created role of President – Global Strategy. In this role he will continue to oversee Active Claims Management Inc. (ACM), as well as CanAm Special Risk Insurance Agency Limited (CANAM), and will additionally be responsible for delivering corporate strategy as it relates to global market development.
He brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy and business development to the role, having spent more than 25 years in the international travel insurance and assistance marketplace as the primary driver of ACM and CANAM’s corporate development.
The company has also announced that Rob Allatt will join Agile Intelligence Solutions full time to lead the business development initiatives between AgileIS and Global Excel. Agile Intelligence Solutions is a company that is partly owned by Global Excel and is working to accelerate the commercialisation of StandbyMD and other specialised solutions, with a view to ensuring that travellers have access to healthcare and are safe and secure, wherever they are in the world.
Allatt has extensive experience in the technology sector, which will facilitate the creation of new opportunities for both Global Excel and AgileIS.
