ITIJ December issue out now

The primary focus of the December edition of ITIJ is the ITIC Global Review, where there are detailed breakdowns of all the conference sessions, which focused on issues from navigating the US healthcare market, to travel insurance and assistance product evolution, and how to contain spiralling healthcare costs.

Also included are image galleries and reviews of all the networking events that were held during the conference, from the sponsored Running Club (well done to those who were up at 7 a.m. to start their day at ITIC!), to Welcome Functions, the Walking Tour and Hospital Tour. There is also, of course, all the coverage from the ITIJ Awards – find out who the winners were on the night, read the comments from our esteemed judges, and see if you can spot who was having the most fun on the dancefloor at the world-renowned ITIC After Party!

Of course, it wouldn’t be ITIJ without some long-read features, interviews and opinion pieces from our industry friends. This month, we look at how technology is helping insurers to maximise sales, as well as making sure patients are getting the best ‘customer’ experience they possibly can from their healthcare provider, and also take an in-depth dive into the Jordanian healthcare sector. Industry voices look at legal support within travel insurance policies, and the determination of travellers to overcome complex rules and get back on those planes!
