The wait is over – the finalists for the 2026 ITIJ Awards have been announced!

Each year, the ITIJ Awards celebrate the companies and organisations making an outstanding contribution to the global travel and health insurance industry, recognising excellence, innovation, and exceptional service across the sector.

Following a rigorous judging process by our independent panel of industry experts, we are delighted to reveal the organisations that have made the shortlist.

This year also sees the introduction of new award categories, reflecting the breadth and evolution of the industry. For this year, the former combined Global Travel & Health Insurance Provider of the Year category has been divided into two dedicated awards: Global Travel Insurance Provider of the Year and Global Health Insurance Provider of the Year. We are also delighted to introduce the brand-new International Hospital of the Year award.

The ITIJ Awards recognise excellence across the many different areas that make up the international travel and health insurance industry – from insurers and assistance companies to air ambulance operators, healthcare providers, hospitals, suppliers, and the organisations supporting them.

Reaching the shortlist is no small achievement. Every entry is assessed by a panel of experienced industry judges against defined criteria, with the highest-scoring entries progressing to the finalist stage.

The winners of the 2026 ITIJ Awards will be announced at ITIC Global’s annual black-tie finale dinner, on Thursday 5 November. The awards bring the international travel and health insurance community together to celebrate the organisations and teams that have excelled over the past year.
