Ian Thompson joins Sprout.ai growth advisory board

Ian Thompson joins Sprout.ai with 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including more than 20 years in senior leadership roles. Most recently, Thompson was the Group Chief Claims Officer at Zurich, where he was responsible for the performance of 8,500 people operating across 200 territories and dealing with 7.5 million claims per annum. Thompson played a leading role in Zurich’s global operations, where he championed artificial intelligence (AI), digitalisation and data innovation. Before this, he held Regional Chief Claims Officer roles at Zurich covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as operational and strategic transformation roles at RSA.
