Etiqa General Insurance Cambodia launches new travel insurance product
The product, Etiqa Travel 360, offers instant payouts for flight delays and disruption
Etiqa General Insurance Cambodia has announced the launch of a new travel insurance product with automatic flight delay coverage.
The product, called Etiqa Travel 360, is designed to offer passengers instant payouts in the event of an eligible flight delay or disruption, without the need for a manual claim.
Alongside this, the product features comprehensive travel insurance coverage, including benefits for missed travel connections, baggage delay, loss, and damage, home care, and optional coverage for Covid-19.
Etiqa Travel 360 policies are available for a minimum of US$17, for up to $1 million of coverage. It is available in three coverage levels: silver, gold, and platinum.
Coverage can be extended to cover the policyholder’s family, including senior individuals aged up to 80 years old.
“The launch of Etiqa Travel360 reflects Etiqa General Insurance Cambodia’s commitment to innovation and customer-centricity,” said Rozan Asmath, CEO of Etiqa General Insurance Cambodia, in a statement quoted by Cambodia’s Khmer Times newspaper. “Building on the success of the version offered by Etiqa in Malaysia, Etiqa Travel360 brings forth innovative features designed to enhance every stage of the travel experience.”
Sri Lankan firm Assetline Insurance Brokers recently announced a new partnership with telecommunications firm Hutch Sri Lanka.
