BIBA renews partnership with JLU
Jackson Lee Underwriting (JLU) will continue to support the Association’s travel insurance member scheme, which now includes business travel coverage
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) has renewed its member scheme with JLU for holiday, sports, and business travel insurance.
The scheme is designed to provide “enhanced coverage” by automatically including personal travel for all directors and their families, as well as an option to extend cover to employees and their families.
It includes a range of travel products designed for individuals, families, groups, and sports teams, travelling on a budget, on cruises, longer trips, and on sporting or adventure holidays.
BIBA reported that, following its renewal, the scheme also now offers business travel insurance.
“We are pleased to renew this popular scheme with JLU, who have continued to develop the scheme in response to members and customers’ needs,” said Graeme Trudgill, Chief Executive of BIBA.
Nick Mohan, Joint Managing Director of JLU, added: “We are delighted to renew the BIBA Travel Insurance Scheme, introducing a range of enhancements designed to deliver better outcomes for customers. These include the addition of a digital wallet and Air Doctors to help mitigate travel delay and medical claims, alongside broader improvements that streamline support and responsiveness.”
The UK government recently announced that it will reform the country’s Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to improve efficiency of service.
