Arch launches new platform for brokers
Americas-based insurance firm Arch Insurance has launched a new platform that enables brokers to price and sell business travel insurance policies
The platform, Arch BTAExpress, is available to brokers looking to provide business travel policies to US-based companies with up to 250 business travellers. Arch explains that the new online platform leverages a ‘state-of-the-art underwriting and technology experience, allowing simple plan design selection, pricing and binding of BTA policies, with most quotes delivered almost immediately’. Arch notes that the return on investment for brokers is time saved when obtaining coverage for their clients’ business travellers.
“We’re pleased to announce our new BTA product options and platform, in an environment where efficiency and simplicity are definite advantages,” Jeff Ray, Senior Vice-President, Arch Insurance Company, Accident & Health commented. “We are anticipating an increased interest in travel insurance coverage for both business and leisure travel due to heightened Covid-19 awareness, and our new approach to connecting brokers and insureds with our products will simplify the process.”
