AllianzJD launches comprehensive travel policy
The policy includes a range of assistance provision, and is targeted at international travellers looking to visit China
AllianzJD – a joint venture between insurer Allianz and Chinese e-commerce website JD.com, have launched a comprehensive travel insurance offering for international visitors to China.
The product, called Charming China, is designed to be purchasable within three minutes via the JD platform and boasts digital documentation and streamlined processes.
The policy also offers 24/7 multi-lingual emergency support – including “digital rescue guidance and telemedicine support.”
Other comprehensive assistance offered under the service includes “medical transport coordination, guaranteed coverage of hospitalisation fees, and emergency repatriation arrangements.”
Indian travel booking platform TripJack recently launched a new global assistance package for international travellers.
