Allianz Partners appoints four senior Health leaders amid global shift in IPMI and employee benefits model

Allianz Partners has appointed four senior leaders across its Health business as it continues to align its international employee benefits and IPMI operations

Allianz Partners has strengthened its global Health leadership team with four senior appointments, as the business accelerates efforts to integrate its corporate employee benefits and international private medical insurance (IPMI) propositions across markets.

The changes form part of a wider shift towards a segment-led model aimed at improving how global clients are managed across increasingly complex and fragmented healthcare and insurance environments.

The appointments span corporate employee benefits and IPMI leadership, with a focus on enhancing coordination between sales, account management, and commercial delivery functions across regions.

Among the changes, Marco Fattori will take on global responsibility for corporate employee benefits strategy, while Gordon Delaney joins from Cigna Healthcare to lead the global corporate IPMI segment.

Both roles sit within the wider commercial health structure and report into senior leadership overseeing global sales and distribution.

In Europe, Cyril Samson has been appointed to lead employee benefits segment sales, with responsibility for multinational clients and broker engagement across the region.

In the UK, Paul Hogan will oversee employee benefits sales execution and relationship management with key clients and intermediaries.

The appointments come at a time when international insurers are increasingly restructuring around health segments rather than geography, as demand grows for more integrated solutions spanning employee benefits, IPMI, and cross-border healthcare access.

The shift reflects a broader industry trend towards consolidating health insurance propositions under fewer global platforms, designed to improve consistency of service and simplify access across multiple jurisdictions.

Commenting on the appointments, David Myers, Global Head of Sales and Key Account Management (KAM) at Allianz Partners, said: “We are delighted to announce four new senior appointments to our global sales team. Marco, Cyril, Gordon, and Paul bring with them immense industry insight and knowledge that will be invaluable as we achieve our growth ambitions.

“Our focus moving forward is on how we deliver, orchestrate, and leverage the full strength of Allianz through a segment-led approach. This will enable us to elevate Allianz as a true one-stop shop for health and benefits brokers and clients, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and unique proposition across all markets.”
