The airline has returned to the German airport for the first time post-pandemic
After a pause of more than three years due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Asian long-haul carrier Air China has returned to Munich Airport for the first time.
As of 1 August 2023, the airline is offering daily flights between the German city and the Chinese capital Beijing.
The last passenger flight between Munich and Beijing took place on 23 March 2020.
The flights are operated by modern Boeing B777-300ER long-haul aircraft.
To celebrate the resumption of daily flights, all passengers received gingerbread hearts on arrival and departure.
