The partners will collaborate to provide a 24-hour end-to-end security, medical and travel risk management service for corporate clients

Singapore’s AETOS has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Collinson and Crisis24 to provide an end-to-end security, medical and travel risk management service under the AETOS Assist brand.

The service is intended to provide corporate clients with ‘a complete global risk mitigation service and support’, including pre-travel risk assessment, real-time security intelligence and people tracking, crisis management, emergency evacuations and global medical assistance.

In addition, the partners will offer medical solutions to clients, including Covid testing and assistance, ‘to help organisations fulfil their duty of care and protect employees’.

The service will be available 24/7 throughout the whole year and will be managed from a ‘state-of-the-art’ 5G-enabled Command Centre.

Managing travel risks has become more challenging in recent years

Collinson says that the agreement will strengthen it and Crisis24’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Francis Chong, Vice President for Collinson Assistance, Asia-Pacific, said: “As a global leader in the provision of medical and travel risk management solutions, we are delighted to be joining forces with AETOS and further cement our existing partnership with Crisis24.”

“With corporate travel becoming even more complex during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are dedicated to helping companies better protect and support their employees wherever they operate. Additionally, with the new ISO 31030 Standard moving travel risk management onto the C-Suite agenda, this partnership will ensure businesses can safeguard their most valuable assets – their employees.”
