The acquisition will be used to provide personalised content and services alongside ACKO’s core insurance offerings, with the aim of improving healthcare choices and communication.

ACKO provides a range of insurance products, including health and travel insurance. In addition to supporting products such as these, ACKO CEO and founder Varun Dua stated that: Parentlane will ‘play a significant role in helping us provide comprehensive healthcare service to our customers and expand beyond the core insurance offerings by partnering with the healthcare ecosystem’.
AXA Global Healthcare also launched a new digital text- and voice-based assistant, called Remi, in February 2023.
