As the only EURAMI-certified operator across Central, North and West Africa, and Southern Europe, we deliver internationally recognised ICU-level care on every mission, supported by dedicated medical crews available 24/7. Supported by in-house flight operations and medical coordination, we are also recognised as a leading – if not the strongest – operator in securing permits and repatriating complex evacuations from Africa on short notice.

What role does your location play in strengthening your geographic coverage across EMEA – particularly in hard-to-reach or high-complexity regions?

Our location in Morocco gives us a real operational advantage. Being at the crossroads of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa – while also offering convenient access to the USA and Latin America – allows us to reach patients faster and reduce repositioning time significantly. This is particularly important for evacuations from remote or complex regions, where every minute counts and local coordination is essential. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with regional authorities and medical partners, which help us navigate permits and logistics efficiently. Ultimately, our location enables us to deliver cross-border medical evacuations with speed, flexibility, and dependable continuity of care.

As our fleet continues to grow, we place strong emphasis on standardisation and teamwork between aircraft, medical equipment, and crew expertise. Each aircraft is fitted with advanced ICU-level medical configurations, including modern monitoring, ventilation, and life support systems. At the same time, our specialised medical teams – flight physicians, nurses, and paramedics – are trained to operate seamlessly across all aircraft types using unified clinical protocols. This integrated approach ensures that every patient receives the same high standard of critical care, regardless of aircraft or destination, while maintaining continuity, safety, and clinical excellence throughout each mission.
