Customers want coverage that is clear, accessible, and competitively priced

In the UK, Trawick entered the accident and health market with support from a major Lloyd’s syndicate. This move gave brokers a new option supported by one of the most respected global markets.

To improve the customer journey, Trawick relies on SureGo Administrative Services, its own Lloyd’s DCA-approved third-party administrator. This in-house team makes the claims and policy process smoother and more consistent across regions. SureGo has also expanded customer support, opening 24/7 service options and building teams worldwide to assist travellers whenever and wherever they need help.

Delivering results

The impact has been clear. In the US, distribution partners have embraced the Pathway Collection for its flexibility and strength. In the UK, brokers have shown early interest in the new accident and health products.

Customer response has improved too. Trawick has invested in reputation management, making Trustpilot reviews a priority and using feedback to refine processes. The Blink partnership has already been named by travellers as a factor in choosing Trawick, showing that convenience and comfort matter just as much as coverage.
