Airlink USMX successfully re-accredited!
The EURAMI Board and Office congratulates Airlink USMX on their successful re-accreditation in the following categories: Accreditation: • Long-Range/ Intercontinental Fixed Wing Air Ambulance • Regional Fixed Wing Air Ambulance Endorsements: • Adult Critical Care • Paediatric Critical Care. Airlink USMX is a global Fixed Wing Provider operating out of Zapopan, Mexico, and has been accredited with EURAMI since 2011. Great work from all of the Airlink USMX team
CAME Committee Kick Off
The EURAMI Board, alongside EURAMI’s Head of Standards Dr Simon Forrington, are delighted to kick off the EURAMI Commercial Airline Medical Escort (CAME) Committee. The CAME Committee will draft the new EURAMI CAME 2.0. Standards focused on medical transport on commercial airlines which will be published during the 2023 EURAMI General Assembly at ITIC Global in Barcelona.
The committee is chaired by Dr Simon Forrington and consists of the following committee members:
- Business – Claudia Schmiedhuber
- Safety & Quality – Donna McLean
- OPS – Dr Bettina Vadera/Lisa Humphries/ Sarah Walsh/ Carl Era
- Medical – Dr Yann Rouaud/ Dr Monica Fortea/ Dr Arnaud Derossi/ Dr Cai Glushak/ Franziska Hollenstein/ Dr Alex Veldman/ Dr Ludovic Gros/ Dr. Michael Dudnick
- Logistics – Franziska Hollenstein/ Sergio Abril/ Oliver Müller/ Dawn Heger/ Clive Gillard
To resemble the structure of the EURAMI Fixed Wing Standards 6.0., the new CAME Standards will be divided into five sections and will include current topics and development in the medical transport industry.
