EURAMI tell us about their latest workshop, new initiatives, and looking to the future
Following a dynamic ITIC Americas event with over 350 participants and outstanding networking opportunities, the EURAMI Board and Management team came together for a two-day strategic workshop to chart the course for our future. Hosted by Prime Nursing Care in Hollywood, Florida, and with the support of Franziska Hollenstein, the workshop included a comprehensive SWOT analysis to identify key areas for growth and development.

New initiatives
Several strategic initiatives were launched to strengthen and enhance EURAMI’s impact. To ensure their successful implementation, dedicated workstreams have been established, each led by a committed member of the EURAMI Board or Management team. These workstreams will focus on critical areas such as legal, finance, audit, standards development, market development, learning, and technological innovation – ensuring EURAMI remains at the forefront of industry excellence. “It has been a great experience, working in a very structured and goal-oriented manner, building on the collective know-how of the group,” shared Cai Glushak, President of EURAMI.
Looking to the future
To oversee the project management of these initiatives, Managing Director Eva Kluge has taken the lead. She emphasised, "It is essential for us to drive these initiatives forward. Apart from the workshop in Miami, member feedback is a key element in the development of our initiatives."
