EURAMI August 2024 update
Important announcement from EURAMI President Dr Cai Glushak – change of Managing Director
It is my pleasure to announce that we will have a new Managing Director beginning on 1 August 2024 following our current Managing Director Claudia Schmiedhuber’s resignation.
We were very fortunate to engage Eva Kluge, who is known to many of you as a longstanding participant in the air ambulance and travel assistance industry. Eva comes to us most recently from IMA Assistance Germany (part of Groupe IMA France) as Head of Business Development and Provider Networks. She previously spent many years with Unicair/Air Alliance and Tyrol Air Ambulance and has been a well-known presence at ITIC events.
She brings expertise in management and marketing and combined with her knowledge of our industry, is extremely well-poised to support our mission and members. I personally welcome her as a person of the highest integrity and reliability.
Eva will soon be working with Claudia on a seamless handover of duties until Claudia's last working day. The top priority will be to ensure that business as usual continues uninterrupted and planning for the annual EURAMI conference is on course.
Claudia will be on official vacation after 20 August until the end of the year, using her well-deserved accumulated holidays. I cannot repeat often enough my deep and sincere appreciation for Claudia's dedication and advancement of EURAMI over the last six years. More on that to come.
Once again, welcome Eva and sincere thanks to Claudia.
