EURAMI accreditation update
The board of the European Aero-Medical Institute shares its latest news with ITIJ, detailing which air medical providers are demonstrating their committment to quality care in the air through undertaking and successfully completing the accreditation process
MedCare Professional
Germany based aero-medical provider MedCare Professional has achieved its re-accreditation with the European AeroMedical Institute e.V.
MedCare Professional has been awarded with accreditation in Long-Range / Intercontinental Fixed Wing Air Ambulance as well as endorsements in Adult Critical Care and Advanced Adult Critical Care. In addition, MedCare Professional has been re-accredited for Commercial Airline Medical Escorts.
The company, based out of Hattingen, Germany, has undergone the accreditation process in Spring of 2022 and was approved by the Board in July. MedCare Professional performes its missions with a two Learjet 45 and has been accredited with EURAMI since 2009.

Aeromedevac
California based aero-medical provider Aeromedevac has once again achieved its re-accreditation with the European AeroMedical Institute e.V.
Aeromedevac has been awarded with accreditation in Regional Fixed Wing Air Ambulance as well as Long-Range / Intercontinental Fixed Wing Air Ambulance Accreditation. Aeromedevac has also achieved endorsements in Adult Critical Care and Pediatric Critical Care.
The company – under the leadership of CEO Adam Williams – operates its dedicated Learjets out of Gillespie Field Airport near San Diego. Aeromedevac has been accredited with EURAMI since 2011 and has been in business for more than two decades.

DRF Luftrettung
DRF Stiftung Luftrettung gemeinnützige AG has successfully completed its first re-accreditation with EURAMI.
The company – based out of Rheinmünster in Germany, was accredited in the category of International / Long-range Fixed Wing Air Ambulance and endorsed in Adult Critical Care.
DRF Luftrettung had achieved its primary accreditation in 2019. The company operates its dedicated fleet of Learjet 35 out of Karlsruhe/ Baden-Baden Airport and is performing missions worldwide for members and non-members. DRF Luftrettung is a non-profit association and has been conducting aeromedical transports on both, Fixed Wing & Rotary Wing since its establishment in 1973.

Save the Date – The 37th EURAMI General Assembly
The European Aero-Medical Institute is delighted to inform its members that the 37th EURAMI General Assembly will take place on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022, from 4pm CET to 5:30pm CET. The assembly will be held during the ITIC Conference in Athens, Greece. The meeting is open to all EURAMI members.
