Our medical team holds certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support), and AMCRM (Air Medical Crew Resource Management), ensuring the highest standard of care for even the most complex patient needs.

What makes your air medical offering unique in the region?

AeroAmbulance by Panorama Jets offers unmatched range, rapid response times, and 24/7 availability across the region. Our strategic base in the Dominican Republic allows for swift mobilisation throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America, and beyond. With long-range capabilities and the infrastructure to support highacuity transports, we’re able to deliver consistent, high-quality critical care where and when it’s needed most.

How does Panorama Jets ensure its commitment to safety?

Our operations adhere to the highest international safety standards. Panorama Jets is proudly certified by the European Aero-Medical Institute (EURAMI), Wyvern Wingman, IS-BAO (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations), and ISO 9001 – four of the most respected audit organisations in the air medical and aviation industries. We are also active members of the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). These accreditations reflect our strict compliance with rigorous protocols in safety, maintenance, and patient care.

Can you share details of a mission that highlights the quality of your medevac services?

Our long-range capabilities enable complex international medevac operations without borders. For example, we transported a patient with extensive burns from Colombia to South Korea. Our expert critical care team provided continuous burn management throughout the flight. Thanks to our strategic location, rapid availability, advanced medical care, and seamless coordination, we ensured high-quality care during this complex transfer.

Dr Manuel H. Padilla is the Medical Operations Director at AeroAmbulance by Panorama Jets, and is a leading expert in aeromedical transport. With over 16 years of experience, he has coordinated more than 4,500 air ambulance missions involving medical evacuations, critical care, and complex patient transfers – a testament to his deep expertise and commitment to highquality care.

AeroAmbulance by Panorama Jets provides fast, reliable, and fully equipped medical flights worldwide. With expert medical crews, ICUconfigured aircraft, and 24/7 coordination, they ensure safe patient transfers across borders.
