Thailand and Saudi Arabia finalise medical tourism MoU
The governments of Thailand and Saudi Arabia have finalised a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop the medical tourism industry
Under the terms of the MoU, both countries will agree to cooperate on developing the medical tourism, health security, and wellness tourism sectors in both countries.
According to a report by Thai newspaper The Nation, the agreement is scheduled to be signed by the public health ministers of the two respective nations within the first quarter of this year.
Thailand is a popular destination for those seeking medical treatment, including citizens of Saudi Arabia.
