Voyager Insurance Services win Feefo awards
The awards recognise Feefo’s strong commitment to customer service
UK-based insurer Voyager Insurance Services has been named as the winner of Feefo’s 10 Years of Excellence Award for its customer service.
The award, given by business ratings and review platform Feefo, recognises Voyager’s “dedication and commitment to providing customers with the best experience possible, year after year”.
Feefo also gave Voyager a 2024 Platinum Trusted Service Award, in recognition of the high standard of verified reviews and feedback the insurer has received from customers via the Feefo platform.
Tony Wheble, CEO of Feefo, added: “With customers continuing to build resilience in a time of economic uncertainty, we’re delighted to showcase thousands of our clients who are continuing to go above and beyond for each and every customer.”

Voyager Insurance Services sells a range of travel insurance coverage to UK and European Economic Area (EEA) residents, as well as expats and global citizens. It also offers specialist travel insurance for people with pre-existing medical conditions under its Able2Travel label.
Fellow insurer Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI) also recently received two awards at the 2023 Canstar Travel Insurance Awards.
