Genasys and Simplyhealth complete first major delivery milestone of digital evolution programme
The partnership is planning a migration to the Genasys platform
Genasys, the insurance software solutions provider, and Simplyhealth, the UK’s leading health solutions provider, have provided a programme update. The first phase has focused on the purchase and set-up of new policies, with the platform due to go live this summer.
Simplyhealth is moving to a single policy platform, then eventually migrating from its current insurance system to the Genasys flagship platform in a multi-year project.
Dave Exall, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Simplyhealth, said: “The Genasys platform will help us continue to provide best-in-class customer experience through digital innovation.
“Our purpose at Simplyhealth is to improve access to healthcare for all and we believe our continuous digital innovation will make it ever easier for our corporate and consumer customers to interact with us – helping to provide our customers with fast and efficient access to healthcare through their Simplyhealth health plan.”
Craig Olivier, Co-CEO at Genasys, commented: “The Simplyhealth brand is built upon improving access to healthcare for all and at Genasys we want to make insurance more accessible for everyone through easy, innovative technology.”
