AllClear partners with Age Co
AllClear Travel Insurance will offer policies tailored to older travellers in partnership with Age UK’s commercial subsidiary
AllClear has partnered with Age Co – the commercial arm of charity Age UK, an organisation that provides support to older people – to launch a new travel insurance offer aimed at older travellers and people with medical conditions.
AllClear is a preferred partner of Age Co – in part because its policies have no upper age limit, and because their travel policies cover over 1,300 medical conditions.
“Many travel insurance providers place upper age limits on their policies or implement restrictions due to health conditions,” Anthony Jones, CEO of Age Co, said. “This can mean that older people struggle to find suitable cover to enable them to go on holiday or fulfil their travel goals.
“However,” he added, “I am pleased to say that that in partnership with AllClear, Age Co can now offer policies to adults aged up to 100 and even beyond. Together we’re making travel more accessible for the over-50s regardless of health or age.”
Chris Rolland, AllClear Travel Insurance Group CEO, spoke to Michelle Royle about his company and career in the October issue of ITIJ.
