Intana Assistance has confirmed the closing of its Palma office. All operations and work that have been carried out in Palma is now being moved to UK locations, with all schemes and customer calls having already been transferred to its offices in Haywards Heath. The final closure activities are expected to be completed on 15 July.
The decision to close the office has come after the Collinson Group, which owns Intana, entered a period of operational review. It aimed to rationalise its operational capacity, so Collinson Group decided that closing the office was best for the company.
The group has been keen to stress that this will not impact the usual stand of work, but is open to discussing any concerns customers may have.
