AllClear, a specialist medical travel insurance provider based in the UK, has won Personal Lines Broker of the Year at the Broker Innovation Awards – its third awards win of the year. Earlier in the year, AllClear won similar accolades at the British Insurance Awards and the 2018 Insurance Times Awards.
The Broker Innovation Awards recognise insurance brokers that have excelled from a customer service perspective, as well as financially. Companies that make innovative use of technology to improve and differentiate their services proposition are also likely to be celebrated.
Among the reasons cited for awarding AllClear the prize, were the company’s Trustpilot score of 9.5 out of 10 and its extensive investment in its network of call centres; it has recruited over 100 new staff in the last year alone, and allocated significant resources to training and employee engagement. The company was also recognised for its support of the Financial Conduct Authority’s ‘Access to Insurance’ campaign, helping vulnerable customers find the insurance they need.
“This award truly acknowledges the hard work and dedication by so many people across every area of the entire business,” said Chris Rolland, CEO of AllClear. “Their dedication to our Customer Experience Programme has resulted in a Trustpilot score of 9.5 out of 10, with 97 per cent voting us as excellent or great. We have also been nominated for the Personal Lines Broker of the Year at the UK Broker awards. To be recognised in this way across our entire industry is testament to the quality of product and service that we are delivering. My thanks to all my colleagues who have contributed to this success.”
