The business, which operates an online price comparison site for the purchase of international travel insurance, received bronze awards in the following categories:
- Customer Service Team of the Year
- Rebranding/Brand Innovation of the Year
- Most Valuable Service.
The ABAs, which have been awarded since 2002 and are open to all businesses that operate in the US, are intended to ‘honour and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organisations and working professionals worldwide’, according to the event’s organisers.
In response to receiving the awards, VisitorsCoverage CEO Rajeev Shrivastava said: “We are pleased to be recognized for creating innovative products and services that truly benefit the modern traveller.”
