VietJet recognised for customer experience
Vietnamese airline Vietjet has been named as ‘Asia’s leading airline for customer experience’ at the 30th World Travel Awards
The announcement was made at the World Travel Awards’ Asia and Oceania Gala Ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City on 6 September.
Graham Cooke, Founder of World Travel Awards, said: “With its focus on convenience, attractive marketing campaigns to benefit its customers, powered by innovation and creativity, Vietjet has gained a reputation for enhancing the overall passenger travel experience.”
Other features of Vietjet’s customer experience that helped earn it the award include its complimentary SkyCare travel insurance package – offered to all domestic and international passengers; a recently introduced premium business class service on its wide-body aircraft; and the launch of its SkyJoy loyalty programme.
Vietjet has also introduced a range of other services, including its ‘Fly Now – Pay Later’ programme; travel credit cards; and a range of promotional incentives for popular destinations.
