Staysure teams up with TorFX and ICE for currency solutions
UK-based over-50s and travel insurance specialist Staysure has signed a deal with TorFX and ICE International Currency Exchange in a new partnership that means Staysure customers will have access to international money transfers services such as travel currency and buying a property overseas. Staysure say they will be offering a competitive exchange rate and complete security and insured delivery. ICE are on board to provide its currency cards to Staysure customers. Its money-saving benefits include free cash withdrawals, a free back-up card and 1.5% cash-back on qualifying services. TorFX will help to manage larger and recurrent transfers and aims to help customers save money on international currency transfers – for funding an emigration or for smaller overseas expenses – by challenging the exchange rate offered by banks by as much as 90 per cent and operating on fee-free basis. Chris Rolland, CEO of Staysure said: “Partnering with TorFX and ICE was a natural choice for Staysure and we are delighted that we can now offer services as diverse as insured foreign currency delivery to the home, fee-free international transfer and practical currency cards.” Staysure has recently been listed as one of the top 1000 companies to inspire Britain in a report by the London Stock Exchange that celebrated the UK's fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium-sized businesses. To be included in the list, companies needed to show consistent revenue growth over a minimum of three years, significantly outperforming their industry peers. Its new partners are not short of accolades either, with TorFX being shortlisted for the 2016 Consumer Moneyfacts Award for the International Money Provider of the Year and ICE wining the Best Travel Companion category in the Europe’s 2015 Pay Before Awards. Koko Sarkari, COO of ICE said: “This partnership with Staysure is a major endorsement for the quality of service delivered by ICE. Our organisations have enormous synergies when it comes to delivering a great service to travellers across the UK.”
