New Medigo CEO to strengthen digitalisation of healthcare services
Insurance services provider Medigo GmbH has appointed Aurélien Gueye as their new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Gueye was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Medigo. He will be seconded by Global Business Network Director, Jan O’Meara, who will continue to lead their expansion and growth efforts.
Commenting on the appointment, Gueye said: “I am honoured to lead the company into this exciting next stage of growth. A pillar of our strategy will continue to be our high-quality medical network. We want to support our partners by simplifying and digitalising access to quality healthcare for their members, may it be cashless network access, Second Medical Opinion or telemedicine.”
Medigo was founded in 2013 and became a platform for private patients travelling for treatment before they moved into the health insurance sector. “With his exceptional track record improving patient services, his background in data analytics, and his industry expertise, we believe Gueye is the ideal CEO to lead Medigo in its next chapter of success,” said Christophe Maire, Board Member of Medigo, in a statement.
