New appointments for APRIL executive team

Reshuffle built from internal promotions, with a focus on development, solutions and customer service
Insurance broker APRIL has announced the promotions of internal talent to its management team.
Emmanuel Maillet is Group Vice Managing Director in charge of Health, Personal Protection, Loan and Savings insurance activities. He was previously head of the Finance Department. He also becomes CEO of APRIL Santé Prévoyance, succeeding Phillippe Arnaud, who has served as interim CEO for a year. Maillet will work to further accelerate the development of offers and solutions for distribution partners and policyholders.
New Group Vice Managing Director in charge of Distribution and Digital is Sébastien Limousin, who will look to accelerate digitalisation by combining challenges related to data, while offering partners and policyholders the best customer experience.
Zyed Ben Chaabane becomes Vice Managing Director in charge of Transformation and Support Activities. He continues APRIL’s transformation trajectory, managing the activities of multifunctional operational departments.
Group Finance Director is Alexandre Noguera. He replaces Maillet in this role, having worked with him for the past three years as Performance Director.
Maud Padilla is Vice Director of HR and will be onboarded by Véronique Chabanis, the Group’s HR Director, in the second half of 2023. She previously held the role of HRD of APRIL’s business hubs since 2019.
François Mollier is the new head of the M&A Department and has been at APRIL Group since 2019.
Operations Director of the Group is Hamta de Lestrange. She will manage all activities involving policy subscription, contract life and compensation.
