IMG expands partnership with Teladoc Health

Insurance benefits and assistance services company IMG has announced the expansion of its partnership with Teladoc Health, a virtual care solutions provider.

In recent years, advancements in telemedicine and service providers like Teladoc Health have allowed select IMG customers the option to receive non-emergency care from anywhere in the world.

The latest plan updates will expand IMG’s current telehealth service offering through the use of Teladoc Health’s All360Health platform for telehealth and prescription services outside of the US. Available on select IMG Patriot Travel Medical Insurance plans and iTravelInsured Travel Protection plans, All360Health enables travellers to speak with medical experts via phone or online video consultations to help diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for many non-emergency medical issues. The service is available 24/7, globally, and in a number of languages.
