Healix makes promotions to leadership team
Travel risk management company Healix has made several senior level promotions
Daniel Poole steps into the role of Implementation Manager, having worked at Healix for over 10 years across the sales, operations, and project team departments. Poole’s new role will see him take responsibility for the progress and development of the implementation process, as well as enhancing support for customers.
Alistair Gibson was promoted to Head of Global Medical Arrangement. Gibson’s new role will be focused on reviewing Healix’s delivery approach and suite of services, with the aim of enhancing time and cost efficiencies, while developing Healix’s services as businesses return to travel post-Covid.
Having been with Healix for over six years, Charlotte Dyer is promoted to Head of Client Services. She will continue to focus on the project management of both new clients and renewals, while directly supervising the client services team. Meanwhile Lucy Pinson will be taking on the role as Head of Client Relationships to maintain and develop the business’s success in this area. Both Dyer and Pinson will report to CEO of Healix Health Services, Ian Talbot.
Targetting good customer service
The new roles follow a series of promotions at executive level earlier this year, including the appointment of Ian Talbot as CEO of Healix Health Services and Charlie Butcher as CEO of Healix International.
Talbot commented: “The creation of these new roles in the business has been driven by our commitment to providing the best service to our increasing client portfolio. That means making sure every stage of their journey is aligned, from the first conversation with the client right through to their first claim.”
