Healix launches new travel risk analysis product
Assistance provider Healix has launched the Healix Sentinel Protect, a subscription-based service that offers customers travel risk intelligence, analysis and proactive reporting on top of its existing crisis, security and medical assistance services
In contrast to traditional assistance services that are designed to manage the impact of a crisis once it happens, Healix Sentinel Protect is an intelligence-led model, designed to proactively mitigate risks before they become problematic.
Additionally, Healix Sentinel Protect is designed for risk managers who are tasked with delivering comprehensive security and risk management programmes with limited resources and ambitious business objectives. The new service is tailored and personalised to each client, with round-the-clock access to security experts, customised operational protocols and access to specific country or regional experts where required.
