FocusPoint and Deem partner
Mobile and cloud technology provider Deem has announced an extended partnership with travel assistance company FocusPoint International. The deal will see FocusPoint International’s Crisis Assistance Plus (CAP) integrated into Deem’s Work Fource travel booking software.
CAP currently allows members to access the most up to date destination-based health, safety and security information; itinerary-based traveller tracking; on-demand travel security and medical specialists; and in-country assistance. The addition of this software to Deem’s travel booking framework will allow travel managers to rest easy knowing their ‘travellers are using a powerful safety and security tool like CAP’, according to John F. Rizzo, president and chief operating officer at Deem.
