CWT launches new booking platform in China
CWT has launched its flagship programme, myCWT, in China – an omni-channel, open API-based business travel platform
The travel management specialist said that myCWT seeks to simplify business travel for companies and their employees and the launch makes CWT the first global travel management provider to deploy an omni-channel, open API-based platform that has been tailored for the specific needs of the China market.

The programme has been specifically adapted for deployment in China, addressing the unique needs of the market. In order to achieve this, it was developed in collaboration with specialised Chinese travel, technology and eCommerce partners. Some of the highlights of myCWT include: a truly omni-channel experience, more choice for travellers, a simplified booking process, and integration with companies’ internal systems. The programme is currently being piloted with select clients in China and a full roll-out will commence in the second quarter of the year. The idea is that myCWT will replace the company’s longstanding online booking tool and mobile app, CWT Online, which has been in use since 2012.
