Cover-More’s customer service rewarded
Travel insurance, medical assistance and employee assistance provider Cover-More has won a 2017 Feefo Trusted Service Award. The annual Feefo Awards are an independently-awarded seal of excellence that recognise businesses for delivering exceptional experiences to customers, and Cover-More won its award in recognition of the high ratings that genuine, authenticated customers have given to the company.
To earn a Feefo Award, businesses must have received more than 50 genuine customer reviews between 1 January and 31 December 2016, and achieved a Feefo service rating of between four and 4.4 out of five. Cover-More has a Feefo rating of 4.3 from 730 reviews.
