Southern Cross Travel Insurance appoints Jess Strange as new Chief Customer Officer
Strange has a wealth of knowledge in customer experience, marketing, business transformation, organisational strategy and financial services
Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI) has announced the appointment of Jess Strange as Chief Customer Officer, effective from 19 August.
SCTI CEO Jo McCauley commented: “We’re incredibly excited to welcome Jess to the Southern Cross Travel Insurance team. Her expertise and experience in building strong engagement with customers will support us to drive further improvement in how we connect with and care for hundreds of thousands of travellers in New Zealand and Australia.”
Jess joins SCTI from Farmlands, one of New Zealand’s largest co-operatives: “I’m so looking forward to being part of a team which cares for travellers and their whānau as they adventure at home and around the world. The insurer recently welcomed Anita Samu as Chief Underwriting Officer and Greg Sparling as Chief Legal and Risk Officer to support its New Zealand and Australian operations.
