New partnership brings enhanced health management services to Global Excel client base
Personal health records subscription services that help reduce claims costs will now be available to Global Excel’s customer base, thanks to a strategic partnership with VITALL
A new partnership between Global Excel and Vitall Intelligence Inc. (VITALL) will give Global Excel’s customer base – including those serving leisure and business travellers, expatriates and students – a means to better manage members health while on the move through a new health records subscription service.
As a software as a service (SaaS) platform provider, VITALL offers subscription-based Personal Health Records services, combined with real-time medical device data. Global Excel, which supports the needs of its clients by providing healthcare risk management solutions, including claims management, will incorporate VITALL’s platform into its offering to help global travellers better manage their healthcare journey.
Reducing claims costs
Explaining that delivering a ‘comprehensive range of healthcare risk management services that exceed clients’ expectations’ has always been the company’s primary focus, Reg Allatt, CEO of Global Excel, noted that the new offering was a great example of a service that would enhance member’s healthcare journey while reducing claims cost.

As Global Excel serves over 370 clients located in more than 90 countries around the world, and the saturation of smart phone and fitness apps is considerable, as Dianne Carmichael, CEO of VITALL, puts it, the strategic partnership provides a foundation for ‘aggressive revenue growth’.
