Jane Hegeler to join Nordic Insurance Software

Bringing a wide range of knowledge and experience from within the claims and assistance world to NIS, Jane will be focused on supporting and working with key clients and assist in expanding their global client base

Hegeler joins the company as Head of Client Relationship. Based out of Frankfurt, Hegeler commented: “I’m really excited about the journey ahead with NIS. For me it seems a logical progression. Having delivered claims and assistance solutions to the industry for almost 20 years, I understand clients’ needs, what their clients want and the internal challenges around implementing technology solutions.”

Hegeler is also the Chairwoman of the Altitude Assist Alliance, a collaborative partnership between industry leading assistance companies which aims to establish a standardised method of operating, where she has been incumbent since October 2019. She also served as Business Development Director of Charles Taylor between January 2020 and April 2022.
