International Travel & Health Insurer of the Year | Sponsored by Vitesse

This award is open to underwriters and insurers selling their own travel and international health insurance policies. The award recognises the companies that have updated their policies in line with changing customer needs, expectations and demands. Show us how you are moving with the times and demonstrating flexibility and awareness of how policies can cover policyholders effectively while also mitigating risk and rising medical costs.

This award is open to medical and security assistance providers. If your company provides services to insurers, private clients, NGOs or charities, then this is your category. What changes have you made to your services in the past 12 months that mean you’re enhancing what you can offer your clients, whether its widening the scope of your medical network, introducing new technologies or opening new alarm centres?

This award is open to companies that own and operate their own air ambulance fleet. The award rewards the companies that have shown resilience to market pressures, demonstrated innovation in the face of adversity, and risen above expectations to maintain the quality of services provided to the international travel and health insurance sector.

Please demonstrate ways in which you have invested in your company over the past 12 months, whether through aircraft, crew or other methods.
· Can you offer examples of cases where you have demonstrated leadership within the air medical transport sector?
· How are you enhancing your services to meet changing payer needs?

Medical Provider of the Year | Sponsored by Redstar Aviation

This award is open to hospitals/clinics, ground medical transport providers, telemedicine and second medical opinion service providers who provide their services to international travel and health insurers, private clients, NGOs and charities. High-quality medical services provided at reasonable costs are vital for international travellers and their insurers, and this award recognises the companies that are offering this service.

· What challenges have you overcome when providing medical care to international patients?
· How has investment in technology changed the ways in which you provide your services?
